Choice list items not appearing in drop down menu

One of our users have reported a problem with the choice list drop down menus on a mobile device (iPad 3 running iOS 7.1). When the Single Choice field is tapped the drop down box expands but list items do not appear as discrete rows. Instead the text appears to be squashed into a small space just below the search box and cannot be selected. Attached is a photo.

The menus work fine on 3 other iOS devices tested.

    Hello Shawn,

    Thanks a lot for the detailed description of the issue and the screen shot!

    Fulcrum only supports iOS 8 or higher. The user will need to update to a newer iOS version in order to use Fulcrum on that device.

    Thanks Alex, we will update the software and see if that fixes the problem.

    FYI the specs in the App Store currently state that Fulcrum is compatible with iOS 7.1 or later.
